Shipping & Refund Policy
All orders take 5-7 business days to be received and 1-2 weeks for processing. If there are any issues with your shipping you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please keep in mind our system is operated to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Since these orders are most likely to ship out the same day as an order is placed, we cannot guarantee order cancellation.
Returned to sender & refused packages
We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once an order has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.
Keep in mind we cannot guarantee we have the items in your shopping cart in stock. For this reason, if an item sells out, you will be contacted via phone and email about your missing item. At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds and exchanges are NOT accepted. Please insure correct address and sizes are entered prior to placing your order.
