"I paid for rush shipping, but my order has not been shipped?"

  • At this time rush shipping is not an option for delivery although processing can be rushed which means your order will be prepared and delivered to the carrier same day.
  • Rush processing does not affect the shipping time. 


"I received a different item than the item I ordered. How can this be corrected?"

  • If customers are shipped a different item, the incorrect item must be returned and we will send the correct item. Please be prepared to send a picture of the items you received for our records.


"I just received my order and I would like to exchange the size. How do I do this?"

  • Please keep in mind when ordering that all sales are final. When going though the checkout process always ensure sizing and all personal data is correct at time of entry.
